Literacy
Ms. Caramanica- OT (occupational therapist): taught kindergartners about pencil grip. We learned that our hands have lots of different muscles and that our fingers have different jobs when holding our writing utensils. It is important to hold our pencil using our "Go Fingers" (thumb, pointer, middle) and tuck our "Stop fingers" in (ring and pinky).
